Who is responsible for your data

What we collect and why

Contact and quote forms. When you send a message or request a quote, we receive the details you enter — name, e-mail, optionally company and phone, and your answers about the project. We use them only to reply, prepare an offer and, if we work together, to carry out the project. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

E-mail. If you write to us directly, we keep the correspondence for as long as it is needed for the conversation and any resulting project.

Technical data. Like every website, our hosting server records technical information (IP address, browser, time of request) in log files to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use these data to identify you.

How long we keep it

Form submissions and e-mails that don’t lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. If we work together, project and invoicing records are kept for the periods required by Bulgarian accounting and tax law. Server logs are rotated automatically.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent personal data. Data are stored on our hosting provider’s servers and processed by the tools that run this site (WordPress and its plugins). Fonts used on the site may be loaded from Google Fonts, in which case your browser connects to Google’s servers. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

Cookies

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. The site uses only cookies that are needed for it to work:
pll_language — remembers the language you chose (BG or EN), up to 1 year.
wordpress_*, wp-settings-* — set only for logged-in administrators of the site.
If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, for correction or deletion, for restriction of processing, for a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to hello@wpxt.net — we reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).

Links to other sites

The portfolio links to websites we built for clients. Those sites have their own privacy and cookie policies, which we don’t control.

Changes

We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
